MU Online Season 19 – 5th Class Change, 5th Wings & Ability Cards
Season 19 (2023–24) is the biggest progression jump in years. It added the 5th class change with the new Extra Damage system and the Giant mount, the 5th wings and their Wing Cores, the Ability Enhancement card system, two maps (Tormenta Island, Twisted Kalutan), Grow Lancer and Dark Lord renewals, the Verdant Earring, the 6th Guardian Leviathan, Apocalypse weapons, Ancient Lightning armor and artifact grade upgrades. Rebuilt page-by-page from the original patch notes.
The 5th Class Change
![]() Unis — Devias 1 (193, 12) |
Unlike the 3rd and 4th class changes, the 5th is a single generic progression for every class — there are no new class titles. Instead it unlocks the Extra Damage system, the Ability Enhancement Core, 200 stat points and the Giant mount. Story: after Kundun's chaos, new monsters appeared with unfamiliar power, and research produced a new force called Extra Damage. Unis — a Guardian Knight of the good god Lugard, elder sister of Sent of the 12 Priests of Light and a master of the great scythe — was sent to teach it, and waits in Devias. |
|---|
| Requirement | Detail |
|---|---|
| Level | 1,200+ |
| NPC | Unis — Devias 1 (193, 12) |
| Quest areas | Space of Qualification (prepare and party up, entered from Unis in Devias) then the Space of Trial (entered from Unis inside; if you're in a party, one member applying moves everyone in) |
The chain is three fights against Unis, each with Burning Kethotum monsters spawning alongside her:
| Quest | Clear condition | Reward |
|---|---|---|
| 1st — Nuke | Take the Extra Nuke Damage buff and defeat Unis within 1 minute | Unlocks quest 2 |
| 2nd — Bolt | Take the Extra Bolt Damage buff and defeat Unis within 1 minute | Unlocks quest 3 |
| 3rd — Wide | Take the Extra Wide Damage buff and defeat Unis within 1 minute | 5th class change + 200 stat points + the 5th tree + 3 Extra Ability Cards (Nuke, Bolt, Wide) + the Giant mount quest |
Extra Damage
Extra Damage is a new damage type that fires when you use enhanced skills (4th class) and ability skills (5th class). It comes in three kinds, each with its own hit effect and damage-number colours — and you must mount the matching Extra Ability Card in the Ability Enhancement Core to use it:
![]() Nuke | ![]() Bolt | ![]() Wide |
|---|
| Type | Targets | Damage |
|---|---|---|
| Nuke | 1 target | High — single-target burst |
| Bolt | Up to 2 targets | Medium |
| Wide | Up to 10 targets | Low — wide AoE |
Extra Damage Defense was added alongside it to reduce incoming Nuke/Bolt/Wide damage. Both values show in the character info window under Effects & Options.
The Giant Mount
![]() The three Giant types — you receive one at random |
Completing the 5th class change opens the exclusive Giant mount quest (level 1,200+):
| Step | Task |
|---|---|
| Mount quest 1 | Hand 300 Jewels of Creation to Unis |
| Mount quest 2 | Defeat Unis while riding a Giant within 1 minute |
| Reward | A Giant mount — 1 random type of 3 |
Mount and dismount with the on-screen button or Ctrl+X. It grants a movement speed increase and cannot be ridden at the same time as other mounts (Muun, Guardian, Fenrir).
The 5th Wings
Every class received a 5th wing or cape — the strongest in the game, and the first to carry the new Damage Correction option:

| Damage Increase | 55% | 70% |
| Damage Absorb | 43% (Dark Lord 37%) | 73% (Dark Lord 67%) |
| Damage Correction | 1 | 16 |
Plus 2 random options from: full mana/life recovery chance 7%, reflect attack 7%, ignore defense 7%, excellent damage 7%, double damage 7%, attack speed +12, or +65 to Strength, Stamina, Energy or Agility. 5th wings have no Luck option.
Damage Correction is a new stat calculated against the target's own correction value — it affects both the damage you deal and the damage you take.
How to craft a 5th wing – full guide
![]() Feather of Uriel | ![]() Lv.5 Wings Divine Object | ![]() Ultimate Magic Crystal |
|---|
Crafting a 5th wing is a two-stage combine at the Chaos Goblin. Stage one is guaranteed; stage two is the gamble.
| Stage | Main material | Required materials | Chance |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1. Lv.5 Wings Divine Object | A 4th Wing at +13 or higher with 4+ options | Jewel of Bless ×100 · Jewel of Soul ×100 · Jewel of Creation ×100 · Jewel of Chaos ×100 · Golden Crest ×100 · Feather of Uriel ×100 · 15,000,000 zen | 100% |
| 2. Lv.5 Wing | Lv.5 Wings Divine Object | 1 or more Ultimate Magic Crystal · 20,000,000 zen | 24% (34% with a Lucky Talisman) |
Step by step:
| # | What to do |
|---|---|
| 1 | Take a 4th wing or cape and get it to +13 with at least 4 options — both conditions are required, and this wing is consumed. |
| 2 | Farm 100 Golden Crests and 100 Feathers of Uriel. Both drop at low rates in elite zones — this is the longest part of the process. |
| 3 | Stock 100 each of Bless, Soul, Creation and Chaos jewels plus 15,000,000 zen. |
| 4 | Combine at the Chaos Goblin for a guaranteed Lv.5 Wings Divine Object (100%). |
| 5 | Make Ultimate Magic Crystals: convert a mastery set item at +9 or higher with 16+ options — each one yields a fixed 3 crystals. |
| 6 | Combine the Divine Object with 1+ Ultimate Magic Crystal and 20,000,000 zen. Adding more crystals and a Lucky Talisman pushes the rate from 24% to 34%. |
| 7 | On success you get a +0 Lv.5 wing — but the class, options and Jewel of Life option are all random, so you may need several attempts to get your class. |
Budget for failure. At 24–34% you should expect to burn roughly three to four Divine Objects per successful wing — and each one costs a +13 4th wing plus 100 Crests and 100 Feathers. Always use a Lucky Talisman, and remember 5th wings never roll a Luck option.
Wing Cores

A Wing Core slots into a Lv.5 wing for a second layer of stats. It has a base option that scales with enhancement, plus 0–2 random options.

Upgrading a Wing Core
![]() Wing Core Upgrade Stone — 1,200 Ruud |
Wing Cores upgrade to +15 through Equipment Upgrade Combination at the Chaos Goblin in Noria. A Wing Core is never destroyed on failure. Failing at +1–+7 drops it one level; failing at +8–+15 resets it to +0. |

Fitting a Wing Core
| Step | How |
|---|---|
| Open the UI | Alt + right-click a Lv.5 wing in your inventory to open the "Lv.5 Wings (Cape)" screen |
| Equip | Drag and drop the Wing Core from your inventory into the core slot |
| Unequip | Right-click the core in the UI, or drag it back to your inventory |
| Limitation | Only works on wings in the inventory — you cannot fit or remove a core on an equipped wing |
Each core fits a specific group of wings. For example the Pure Wings of Virtue Core fits Wings of Virtue, Cloak of Glory, Wings of Eternity and Cloak of Perfection; the Pure Wings of Crimson Core fits Wings of Destruction, Wings of Punishment, Cloak of Oath and Wings of Crimson.
Ability Enhancement – full guide
![]() The Ability Enhancement Core | ![]() Slots open as you level |
|---|
After the 5th class change you unlock the Ability Enhancement Core — open it with Ctrl + J, or from the button at the top of the character info window (3rd class opens the Master Skill Tree, 4th the Skill Enhancement Tree, 5th the Ability Enhancement Core).
Step 1 – farm the materials
![]() Ability Crystal | Drops from monsters in Burning Kethotum-grade maps and above — Burning Kethotum, Kanturu Underground, Ignis Volcano, Bloody Tarkan and Tormenta Island. Daily cap per character: 1 Ability Crystal + 4 bound Ability Crystals. This cap is the real bottleneck of the whole system, so log in daily. |
|---|---|
![]() Ability Enhancement Stone | Crafted from Ability Crystals, or gained by refunding duplicate cards. Required to level cards up. |
Step 2 – craft your cards
All cards are crafted at the Chaos Goblin in Noria (180, 103), and every recipe is 100% success — the cost is purely materials:
| Card | Crystals | Jewels | Zen | What you choose |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 50 | 10 Bless | 100,000,000 | Result is a skill your class can use | |
| 5 | 1 Bless | 10,000,000 | You pick type 1–5; the colour is random | |
| 25 (or 5 Enhancement Stones) | 5 Bless | 50,000,000 | You pick the colour |
Step 3 – understand the four slot types
| Slot | When it opens | Rules |
|---|---|---|
| On completing the 5th class change | Holds a Nuke, Bolt or Wide card from the class quest. Without one of these equipped, Extra Damage does not fire at all — equip this first. | |
| Lv 1,200 → 1 slot Lv 1,300 → 2 slots Lv 1,400 → 3 slots | You can only mount a card whose skill you have enhanced in the Skill Enhancement Tree. The same card can go in all 3 slots, but duplicates only stack Skill Attack Power — the extra effects and sub-options do not stack. | |
| 5 slots at 5th class, then +5 every 50 levels (blue 1200/1250, green 1300/1350, purple 1400/1450) | Cards come in types 1–5 and three colours; each goes into a matching open slot in any order. They boost your stats whether or not you have [Skill] cards mounted. | |
| Opens once all 5 preceding [Option] slots are filled | The card level you may mount equals the lowest level among those 5 [Option] cards — so level your Option cards evenly. |
Step 4 – level up and refund
![]() Levelling a card | ![]() Refunding duplicates | ![]() The Ability Card Book |
|---|
Open the Ability Card Book and right-click any card you own:
| Action | How it works |
|---|---|
| Level-up | Duplicates raise the card's held count — spend those duplicates plus Ability Enhancement Stones to level it. Max level 5 for every card type. |
| Refund | Convert duplicates into Enhancement Stones: [Skill] = 10 stones, [Elite] = 5, [Option] = 1. The original copy of a card can never be refunded. |
Option and Elite card values
| Type | What it rolls |
|---|---|
| Type 1 | Strength, fire elemental attack/defense, elemental attack, critical & double damage, minimum attack/magic/curse, Nuke/Bolt/Wide attack, Extra Defense |
| Type 2 | Agility, water elemental attack/defense, elemental attack success rate, attack success rate, 5th wing attack/magic/curse, per-slot skill attack, Nuke/Bolt/Wide critical chance |
| Type 3 | Stamina, earth elemental attack/defense, pentagram attack, excellent damage, attack/magic/curse per 20 levels, maximum attack/magic/curse, skill attack, Extra Defense |
| Type 4 | Energy, wind elemental attack/defense, elemental defense & success rates, 5th wing defense, pentagram defense, defense, shield defense, Nuke/Bolt/Wide critical chance |
| Type 5 | Shock defense rate, dark elemental attack/defense, poison & bleed damage, mastery attack/magic/curse, Nuke/Bolt/Wide attack, Extra Defense |
| [Elite] Blue | Full-life recovery chance, slot-1 skill attack, critical & double damage chance, Extra Defense, Nuke/Bolt/Wide excellent chance |
| [Elite] Green | AG recovery, slot-2 skill attack, excellent damage chance, ignore enemy defense chance, Extra Defense, Nuke/Bolt/Wide double-damage chance |
| [Elite] Purple | Full-mana recovery chance, slot-3 skill attack, additional damage chance, triple damage chance, Extra Defense, Nuke/Bolt/Wide triple-damage chance |
The [Skill] cards by class
Each class has its own set. The prefix tells you the bonus: Barrage adds range, Gale adds attack speed, Wrath adds splash damage. Every skill card also randomly rolls one sub-option — HP, MP or AG increase.
| Class | Skill card | Bonus |
|---|---|---|
| Dark Wizard | Gale Meteor Storm | Attack speed |
| Dark Knight | Barrage Sword Blow · Gale Strike of Destruction | Range · Attack speed |
| Elf | Barrage Raining Arrow · Gale Holy Bolt | Range · Attack speed |
| Magic Gladiator | Barrage Chaos Blade · Wrath Havoc Spear | Range · Splash |
| Dark Lord | Barrage Wind Soul | Range |
| Summoner | Barrage Fire Beast · Wrath Death Scythe | Range · Splash |
| Rage Fighter | Barrage Dark Side · Barrage Spirit Hook | Range |
| Grow Lancer | Barrage Over Sting · Gale Wild Brandish | Range · Attack speed |
| Rune Mage | Gale Lightning Storm | Attack speed |
| Slayer | Barrage Pierce Attack | Range |
| Gun Crusher | Gale Bursting Flare | Attack speed |
| White Wizard | Barrage Spear Storm | Range |
| Mage | Barrage Ultimate Force | Range |
| Illusion Knight | Barrage Blade Storm | Range |
An ability skill only works when the card is equipped and the matching enhanced skill is enhanced in the Skill Enhancement Tree.
Recommended order: equip an [Extra] card first so Extra Damage works at all, then fill [Option] slots (cheapest at 5 crystals each and they always help), keep those five even in level to unlock [Elite], and save for a [Skill] card last — at 50 crystals it is by far the most expensive.
Skill Card Conversion
![]() Right-click a skill card to convert | ![]() Converting one build's card into another |
|---|
Classes with more than one build can convert a [Skill] card into another build's card instead of farming it from scratch. Right-click the card in the Ability Card Book to open the conversion window.
| Rule | Detail |
|---|---|
| Cost | 1 Ability Crystal + 1,000,000 zen per card converted. Bound crystals are spent first, with normal crystals covering the rest. |
| What carries over | The resource sub-option (HP / MP / AG) never changes. Skill attack power and the skill effect become those of the new card. |
| Quantity | Every card you spent levelling the source card, plus its stack, carries across. If you don't own the target card you get a level-0 copy plus the remainder as stack; if you already own it, the whole total is added as stack. |
| Who can use it | Dark Knight, Elf, Magic Gladiator, Dark Lord, Summoner, Rage Fighter and Grow Lancer — the classes with divergent build paths. |
![]() Click an empty slot to list the cards you can equip | ![]() The card book's list view |
|---|
Two quality-of-life additions came with it: clicking an empty core slot now lists every card you own that fits it (hover for the tooltip, click to equip), and the Ability Card Book gained a [View as List] toggle alongside the codex view.
Tormenta Island
![]() |
Lore: long before Elbeland existed, Lemuria's attack destroyed Elve. The survivors fled to a huge island floating above Tormenta, drawing on its enormous energy and shielding themselves with the Veil of Iruha. Unable to break the Veil, Lemuria seized Tormenta itself — the energy source — and sealed the island, while the Elveians fell into a shamanic sleep. Centuries later the seal weakened, they woke, and became present-day Elbeland. When the seal finally broke, Tormenta's once-unapproachable energy had faded — but Lemuria's surviving minions had fused with it, becoming elemental spirit monsters and the island's new masters.

| Storm Guard | 850 | Melee — swings a giant hammer in a wide arc |
| Storm Reaper | 850 | Melee — swings swords in both hands rapidly |
| Storm Fiend | 850 | Ranged AoE — lightning in both hands |
It drops Excellent Lightning armor, Apocalypse and Chaos-combine charm pieces, and is the top source of Ability Crystals. Tormenta monsters also apply a 9.5% extra Shock chance. Its elite zone holds level-860 elites — Fire (148,233), Water (25,198), Earth (188,11), Wind (242,158), Dark (55,15) — and the elite Storm Fiend drains 300 mana and 15 AG per hit.
Twisted Kalutan
![]() |
Lore: Kalutan, ringed by high mountains in the east, was barren and closed off, its northwest held by the beast-infested Grey Tower. When nomads and newly-landed outsiders joined forces to subdue it, the fighting cracked Kardamahal's magic circle — the seal holding powerful beasts beneath Kalutan. It shattered with a huge explosion, the beasts surged to the surface, and the land itself twisted into a new landscape. Kardamahal's beasts now roam "Twisted Kalutan" and attack anyone who enters.

It drops Excellent Lightning armor and Excellent Socket Necklaces, and its monsters add elemental critical damage resistance on top of the usual resistances. The elite zone holds level-910 elites — Fire (226,54), Water (224,197), Earth (122,23), Wind (25,116), Dark (88,231) — with the elite Condra draining 350 mana and 20 AG per hit.
Grow Lancer Renewal
![]() Over Sting | ![]() Wild Brandish |
|---|
The Grow Lancer gained the Combat Power (%) stat (from stat points, weapons and buffs) plus two new skills, both from NPC James, both hitting up to 6 targets in a 6-tile radius for 3 damage each:
| Skill | Requirement | Effect |
|---|---|---|
| Over Sting | AGI 1,470 · Magic Pin Mastery 10P | A blindingly fast thrust leaving afterimages — fewer targets hit means higher damage each. Tree debuffs: Freeze / Bleed |
| Wild Brandish | STR 1,020 · Brandish Mastery 10P | Swings the lance to damage a wide area. Tree debuffs: Poison / Bleed |
Reworked alongside them: Shining Peak (STR 600, much higher tree damage, now applies Freeze/Bleed), Brandish (6 targets, 4-tile radius, cooldown removed), Rage (now grants Combat Power +10% at −5% defense) and Obsidian (much longer duration). A full ladder of Lancer Shields was added from Blood Angel (Lv400) to Brilliant (Lv1,300).
Dark Lord Renewal
![]() Fire & Ice Divine Spirit | ![]() Divine Horse |
|---|
The Dark Lord got the deepest rework of the season — Combat Power (%), a max attack speed of 290, and hugely buffed capes (Cape of Lord absorb 10% → 25%, Emperor 24% → 39%, Dominator and Leadership 37% → 43%).

| Divine Horse | Dark Horse Lv70 + the same jewels + 100,000,000 zen → 50% | Adds defense and Earthshake range +2; max defense 1,500 and elemental defense 500. Skill Divine Aura boosts party defense for 3s |
| New skill | Requirement | Effect |

| Spirit Blast | STR 800 / CMD 620 · Fire Burst Strengthen 10P · Divine Spirit equipped | Summons the equipped spirit to strike a ground target — up to 8 targets, 6-tile radius, 2 hits each. The effect changes with the spirit type |
| Battle Glory | STR 200 / CMD 200 | Self buff — attack power and Combat Power (%) |
| Crown Force | Lv 220 · ENE 300 / CMD 400 | Party buff — raises all stats for the whole party |

Core skills were rebalanced hard: Force Wave 50 → 70, Fire Burst 100 → 150, Fire Scream 130 → 180, Chaotic Diseier 190 → 220, Wind Soul 85 → 130, and Electric Spike's cooldown cut from 5s to 0.5s. A full Lord Shield ladder was added, up to the Apocalypse Lord Shield at Lv1,400.

How to craft it – A to Z
![]() Verdant Cutting Mold — 25,000 Ruud |
The Verdant Earring is not dropped — it is upgraded from the previous tier. Base: a Bond Earring (6th mastery) at +11 to +15. Material: Verdant Cutting Mold — from Priest James, Elbeland (32, 239) for 25,000 Ruud. Jewels: Bless ×20, Soul ×20, Chaos ×1, Creation ×1. Where: the Chaos Goblin combine NPC. |
|---|
| # | Step |
|---|---|
| 1 | Get a Bond Earring and enhance it to at least +11 — the higher you go, the better your odds, and +15 is a guaranteed success. |
| 2 | Buy a Verdant Cutting Mold from Priest James in Elbeland (32, 239) for 25,000 Ruud. |
| 3 | Gather 20 Jewels of Bless, 20 Jewels of Soul, 1 Chaos and 1 Creation. |
| 4 | Combine at the Chaos Goblin. Left upgrades into left, right into right — they are not interchangeable. |
| 5 | On success you receive a +0 Verdant Earring with randomly re-rolled options (1–3; an earring that had 3 options keeps at least 2). |
| 6 | Enhance the new earring up to +15 at the Chaos Goblin using Cutting Stones — the mastery option values rise with each level. |
| 7 | Repeat for the other side, then wear both for the set bonus. |
| Bond Earring level | +11 | +12 | +13 | +14 | +15 |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Success rate | 60% | 70% | 80% | 90% | 100% |
On failure the Cutting Mold and all jewels are consumed and your Bond Earring drops to +0 — it is not destroyed, but you lose all the enhancement work. Because +15 is a guaranteed 100%, taking the base earring to +15 first is almost always cheaper than gambling at +11.
6th Guardian – Leviathan
![]() Leviathan — Lv 1,300 | ![]() Leviathan (Rare) — Lv 1,300 |
|---|
The Leviathan is the 6th Guardian — an inventory-equipped mount at level 1,300. A Rare version exists with identical stats but a different colour, obtainable at a low chance from the same combine.
How to craft it – step by step
![]() Leviathan's Seal — 50,000 Ruud |
Base: a 5th Guardian (Ur or Ur Rare) at +11 or higher. Material: Leviathan's Seal — Priest James, Elbeland (32, 239), 50,000 Ruud. Jewels: Bless ×20, Soul ×20, Chaos ×1, Creation ×1. Where: the Tamer NPC in Lorencia (122, 110). |
|---|
| # | Step |
|---|---|
| 1 | Enhance your 5th Guardian (Ur) to at least +11. Enhancing past +11 uses Elite Guardian Enhancement Stones, which drop in elite zones. |
| 2 | Buy a Leviathan's Seal from Priest James in Elbeland for 50,000 Ruud. |
| 3 | Gather 20 Bless, 20 Soul, 1 Chaos and 1 Creation. |
| 4 | Combine at the Lorencia Tamer (122, 110). The higher your base Guardian's level, the better the odds — +15 is guaranteed. |
| 5 | On success you get a +0 Leviathan, with a low chance of the Rare version instead. |
| 5th Guardian level | +11 | +12 | +13 | +14 | +15 |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Success rate | 60% | 70% | 80% | 90% | 100% |
On failure the Seal and jewels are consumed and the base Guardian drops to +0. On success its general options and elite-resist option are randomly re-rolled — a Guardian with 3 general options keeps at least 2, and the elite-resist option is always re-rolled, so a good roll can be lost. Guardians can also be disassembled back into Guardian Enhancement Stones.

How to craft Apocalypse gear
![]() Apocalypse Anvil | ![]() Soul of Lightning |
|---|
Both upgrades run at the Chaos Goblin and are guaranteed at 100% — there is no failure risk, so the only cost is materials. Your item keeps its type, Luck option and Excellent options (armor keeps class, slot, Luck and All-Stats), but resets to +0 with 0 options, so enhance and re-socket afterwards.
| Step | Base item | Special material | Jewels | Result |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 9th weapon | +11 Brilliant weapon or shield with 16+ options | Apocalypse Anvil — Elbeland NPC James, 100,000 Ruud | Bless ×30, Soul ×30, Chaos ×1, Creation ×1 | +0 Apocalypse weapon (Lv 1,400) |
| 10th armor | +11 Apocalypse armor with 16+ options | Soul of Lightning — Elbeland NPC James, 50,000 Ruud | Bless ×30, Soul ×30, Chaos ×1, Creation ×1 | +0 Ancient Lightning armor (Lv 1,500) |
Step by step:
| # | What to do |
|---|---|
| 1 | Take a Brilliant weapon (the 8th mastery tier from Season 18) and enhance it to +11 or higher with 16 or more options — both conditions are required. |
| 2 | Buy an Apocalypse Anvil from Priest James in Elbeland for 100,000 Ruud. |
| 3 | Gather 30 Jewels of Bless, 30 Jewels of Soul, 1 Chaos and 1 Creation. |
| 4 | Combine at the Chaos Goblin — 100% success. You receive a +0 Apocalypse weapon keeping its Luck and Excellent options. |
| 5 | Repeat the same loop with your Apocalypse armor and a Soul of Lightning (50,000 Ruud) to reach the Ancient Lightning 10th mastery set. |
The Ancient Lightning set (level 1,500) is the top armor in Season 19. Its 4-set grants mastery critical and excellent damage, ignore enemy defense +9%, critical and excellent rate +20%, triple damage +14%, mastery max HP, damage decrease and mastery enhanced-skill damage. Most classes get five pieces — the Magic Gladiator has no helm and the Rage Fighter no gloves.
Artifact Grade Upgrades
![]() The grade shows in brackets | ![]() Grade colours 1–10 | ![]() The new holdings panel |
|---|
Artifacts gained grades 1–10. The grade is the initial option value rolled when the artifact was created, displayed in brackets next to the option — so a grade-8 artifact simply starts from a much higher number than a grade-1 one. Attack-speed options only go up to grade 5.
How to upgrade a grade
![]() Chaos Goblin → Equipment Enhance/Craft | ![]() The upgrade window |
|---|
| # | Step |
|---|---|
| 1 | Get two artifacts of the same type, the same option and the same grade — all three must match. |
| 2 | Go to the Chaos Goblin in Noria and open [Equipment Enhance/Craft] → Artifact Grade Upgrade. |
| 3 | Right-click your main artifact — the sub artifact and the required Enhancement Stones are registered automatically by inventory order. |
| 4 | Confirm. The main artifact's grade rises by 1 and it keeps its enhancement level — a +9 grade-1 main combined with a +1 grade-1 sub gives a +9 grade-2 artifact. |
| Grade | Enhancement Stones | Zen | Chance |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 → 2 | 20 | 10,000,000 | 90% |
| 2 → 3 | 25 | 10,000,000 | 85% |
| 3 → 4 | 30 | 10,000,000 | 80% |
| 4 → 5 | 35 | 10,000,000 | 75% |
| 5 → 6 | 40 | 10,000,000 | 70% |
| 6 → 7 | 45 | 10,000,000 | 65% |
| 7 → 8 | 50 | 10,000,000 | 60% |
| 8 → 9 | 55 | 10,000,000 | 40% |
| Important limits |
|---|
| On failure only the sub artifact is destroyed — your main artifact survives untouched, so you never lose enhancement work. |
| Grade 9 cannot be upgraded to grade 10 (added June 2024). |
| Grade upgrading is only available during artifact sale / artifact combine event periods. |
| The Spider Artifact type-4 attack-speed option cannot be grade-upgraded at all. |
Alongside this, the base artifact creation rate dropped from 80% to 70% (fragment + 50 Jewels of Creation + 10,000,000 zen), the Barca reward was re-tuned to give more Enhancement Stones, high grades now show colour-coded in the inventory, and a new artifact holdings panel lists everything you own.
Event Map & Boss Entry – the unified UI
![]() Opening the new UI | ![]() Event Map tab | ![]() Boss Battle tab |
|---|
Season 19 replaced the scattered event entry NPCs and windows with a single unified UI covering Event Maps, Boss Battles and the Competition systems (Castle Siege, Arca War). Open it from the main button set or the event-map entry icon, pick a tab, choose the content on the left, and enter directly from the panel.
Event map entry by grade
Every event map now has graded entry levels, with monster balance scaled to the grade you enter:
| Grade | Chaos Castle / Blood Castle / Devil Square / Doppelganger | Illusion Temple |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | 50 – 399 | 180 – 399 |
| 2 | 400 – 799 | 400 – 799 |
| 3 | 800 – 899 | 800 – 1,299 |
| 4 | 900 – 1,099 | 1,300 – 1,499 |
| 5 | 1,100 – 1,299 | 1,500 + |
| 6 | 1,300 – 1,499 | — |
| 7 | 1,500 + | — |
The new Illusion Temple ticket
Illusion Temple now uses the Scroll of Blood — grades 1–5 require Scroll of Blood +1 to +5 respectively. Each is combined at 70%:
| Result | Materials | Zen |
|---|---|---|
| Scroll of Blood +1 | Old Scroll +1 · Illusion Sorcerer's Covenant +1 · Jewel of Chaos | 3,000,000 |
| Scroll of Blood +2 | Old Scroll +2 · Covenant +2 · Jewel of Chaos | 5,000,000 |
| Scroll of Blood +3 | Old Scroll +3 · Covenant +3 · Jewel of Chaos | 7,000,000 |
| Scroll of Blood +4 | Old Scroll +4 · Covenant +4 · Jewel of Chaos | 9,000,000 |
| Scroll of Blood +5 | Old Scroll +5 · Covenant +5 · Jewel of Chaos | 11,000,000 |
Boss battle changes
| Change | Detail |
|---|---|
| Respawn timer | Now a random 18–24 hours after being killed for Phantom of Kundun, Medusa, Selupan, Lord Silvester, Core Magriffy, Ferea Lord, Nix and the God of Darkness. |
| Auto-exit | Staying more than 5 minutes after a boss dies teleports you to the map's start point — no more camping the spawn. |
| Nix ticket | "Spirit Nixie's Fragment" now drops by chance from Selupan in Raklion. |
Skill Enhancement Tree – 4th stat option rework
![]() |
Spending 4th-stat points used to mean a tedious loop: pick an option, add 8 stat points, confirm, repeat. Now you enhance in multiples of 8 in a single action, spending 1 skill-tree point per 8 stat points. Spending 3 tree points is one confirm for 24 stat points instead of three separate cycles.
| Improvement | Detail |
|---|---|
| Bulk enhancement | The UI shows your usable stat points, the total accumulated versus the maximum allowed for that option's activation stage, and only enables Confirm on a multiple of 8. |
| Mouse controls | Left click = ±1 point, right click = ±8 points. |
| Dark Lord | Command was added as a variable 4th stat in the skill enhancement tree. |
Note that Skill Enhancement Tree points can no longer be gained above character level 1,600 — the 5th-class Ability Core takes over from there.
Max Level & Reward Muuns
Max level rose 1,550 → 1,600 → 1,650 across the two parts, each with a Season Level Reward box (Gremory Case, 30-day claim, 14-day box life) granting a Muun with ×20 base ability for 30 days:
![]() Grow Lancer Muun | ![]() Dark Lord Muun |
|---|
| Muun | From | Base ability |
|---|---|---|
| Grow Lancer | Reach Lv 1,550 (max-level 1,600 patch) | Skill Attack Power +15 |
| Dark Lord | Reach Lv 1,600 (max-level 1,650 patch) | Elemental Defense +10 |
Season 19 also re-tuned every high-level hunting ground around the 5th class change — for example Burning Kethotum moved from entry 1,160 to 1,200, Ignis Volcano to 1,300, Bloody Tarkan to 1,350 and Tormenta Island to 1,400 — and unified the event-map and boss-battle entry into a single UI with graded entry levels.

FAQ
Where can I play Season 19?
Browse the Season 19 private servers listed — the 5th class change and Ability Cards carry into every later version.
Is the 5th class change hard?
The gate is level 1,200 and gear, not difficulty — each of the three trials is a one-minute duel with Unis while the buff is active. Bring enough damage to burst her down inside the timer.
Are 5th wings worth the cost?
They're the biggest single power jump available — over 2,000 attack and defense and 70% damage increase at +15 — but the final combine is only 24% (34% with a Lucky Talisman), so budget several Relics.
What should I do first at 5th class?
Equip an Extra Ability Card so Extra Damage actually fires, then farm Ability Crystals in Tormenta Island for [Option] cards — they fill the most slots and give the steadiest stat gain while you save for [Skill] cards.
