Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of mmomu.com — our MU Online private server list, guides, voting and advertising tools. By using the site you agree to them.

1. Acceptance

If you do not agree, do not use mmomu.com. We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the new version. The latest text is always on this page.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse votes, spam listings, or break the law.

  • One person / team per account unless we agree otherwise.
  • Do not share AdminCP or postback secret keys.
  • OAuth logins (Google / Discord) are subject to those providers’ policies too.

3. Server listings & voting

Listings must describe a real MU Online (or related) private server you are authorized to promote. Fake openings, stolen branding, malware links or vote fraud can get a project removed without refund.

  • Votes are limited (CAPTCHA + one vote per IP per day).
  • Postback rewards must reply SUCCESS only after verifying our HMAC signature.
  • We do not guarantee ranking position or traffic volume.

4. Banners, VIP & coins

Purchased banner slots and VIP boosts are digital services. Coins spent on ads/VIP are generally non-refundable once the placement is active, except where required by law or if we fail to deliver the slot you paid for.

Banner creatives must match the size rules, stay family-safe, and not impersonate other brands. We may reject or take down ads that violate this.

5. Content & IP

Guides and site UI belong to mmomu.com or their respective owners. Server names, logos and copy you upload remain yours; you grant us a license to display them on the site and in related promotions (rankings, digests).

Do not upload content you do not have rights to. We may remove material that infringes copyright or is harmful.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The site is provided “as is”. We are not responsible for third-party servers, their economies, downtime, bans, or loss of in-game items. Links out of mmomu.com are at your own risk.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim (or zero if you paid nothing).
