Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about listing servers, voting, VIP, banners and postback rewards on mmomu.com.

How do I list my MU Online server?

Create an account, open Profile → Projects, add your project and server (rates, season, type, opening date). After approval it appears in rankings and new-servers.

How often can players vote?

One vote per IP every 24 hours, with CAPTCHA. Early re-votes are rejected silently so bots cannot farm rank.

When do ranking votes reset?

All project vote counters reset automatically at 23:59 on the last day of every month. A new ranking month starts right after. Vote history stays in logs for transparency.

What is postback and how do rewards work?

When someone votes with an account name, we send a signed HTTP POST to your Postback URL (timestamp, user, ip, signature). Verify HMAC-SHA256 with your secret key and reply exactly SUCCESS. Setup scripts are in Profile → Projects → Postback (PHP, Node.js, WPF).

How do VIP and Super VIP work?

VIP boosts visibility on home and ranking. Super VIP is the top plate without the orange VIP tint. Buy or renew from your project’s VIP page after the server is listed.

How do I buy advertising banners?

Go to Profile → Banners, pick a free slot, choose a days/price package (coins), and upload an image that matches the required size. Active banners show clicks and end date there.

I forgot my password — what now?

Use Lost password with the email on your account. We’ll send a reset link. You can also change the password anytime under Profile → Security.

Can I login with Google or Discord?

Yes — on the sign-in page use Google or Discord OAuth. You can later set a password in Security if you want classic login too.

Where are guides and the item database?

Guides cover seasons, classes, wings and systems. The item database is searchable by name and type from game files.

How is ranking kept fair?

CAPTCHA on every vote, one vote per IP per day, and signed postbacks so fake callbacks without your secret are rejected. Details are on the About page.
