MU Online 3rd Wing Relic – How to Get It & What It Crafts
The 3rd Wing Relic (known as the Lv. 3 Wing Divine Object on official servers) is the intermediate item of the modern wing crafting system used since Season 18/19. Instead of one all-or-nothing gamble, wing crafting is split into two steps: first you craft the relic, then you combine the relic into a random 3rd level wings (level 400).

How to Craft the 3rd Wing Relic
Open the Chaos Goblin in Noria (180, 102), click [Equipment Upgrade/Craft] → Wings (Cape) Craft and select the Lv. 3 Wing Relic (Divine Object) Combination. Register the main item and the Help page will automatically pull the required materials from your inventory: A 2nd level wing (+9 or higher with options on most servers) plus Condor Feather, Condor Flame and jewels; alternatively a Condor's Feather can be used directly in the Lv. 3 combination.
Condor Feather drops in the Barracks of Balgass and Condor Flame from the Dark Elf in the Refuge of Balgass. The Lv. 3 combination has the lowest success rate of the classic tiers (~40%), so the relic route on modern servers is a welcome improvement.
Turning the Relic into Wings
With the relic in your inventory, run the Lv. 3 Wing (Cape) Combination in the same menu. A random 3rd level wing or cape: Wings of Storm, Eternal, Illusion, Ruin, Dimension, Cape of Emperor and the rest of the tier. The result is random — you cannot target your class, so trading spare results with other players is standard practice. On many servers, Magic Stones or Spirit Stones can be added to raise the combination chance shown in the UI.
