MU Online Arka War Guide – Guild Battle for the Obelisks
Arka War (also written Arca Battle) is the big weekly guild war of the later seasons — Season 7’s answer to Castle Siege. Instead of one castle, guilds fight over three Fire Tower obelisks spread across the Acheron continent, and the winners walk away with a server-visible buff.
What is Arka War?
Once a week (Wednesday 22:00 on the reference configuration — your server may differ), registered guilds are moved to the battlefield maps of Acheron: Alkmaar, Ubaid and Debenter. Each area holds one obelisk. For 30 minutes, guilds batter the towers and each other; whoever controls the obelisks at the end wins the war.

1Guild Master registers the guild when the registration announcement appears.
2Members confirm their own participation in the next window — unconfirmed members stay behind.
3Parties are rebuilt inside: existing parties are dissolved on entry to prevent cross-guild groups, so plan party lineups beforehand.
The Three Obelisks

Damaging a tower below its occupation threshold flips it to your guild, and towers regenerate over time (20-second ticks), so a captured tower must be defended, not abandoned. Guardian monsters also spawn around each area to complicate the brawl, and aura zones near each tower empower the defenders standing in them.

The two events complement each other: Castle Siege is the marathon politics event where alliances matter, Arka War is the short weekly brawl where a disciplined mid-size guild can beat a bigger one with better rotations. Ambitious guilds run both.
Pre-War Checklist
1Confirm the roster early — every member must self-register after the Guild Master; latecomers are locked out.
2Pre-assign three squads, one per obelisk area, with a floater group for steals — parties are dissolved on entry, so squad leaders should re-invite instantly.
3Stand in the aura zones. Each obelisk area has three aura spots that empower whoever holds them — controlling the auras around a tower makes it dramatically easier to defend.
4Watch the regen ticks. Towers heal on 20-second cycles — sustained damage beats burst-and-retreat.
FAQ
What season added Arka War?
Season 7. You will find it on every modern server (S7+); classic S3-S6 servers do not have it.
How many players do we need?
The guild needs 10+ members to register; bring as many confirmed fighters as you can within the server’s entry cap.
How long does it last?
30 minutes, once a week. Registration happens in the 20 minutes before the battle.
What do winners get?
The tower blessing (+20% exp standard) until the next war, plus Booty rewards via the Chaos Machine.
